Coat Jacket

What kind of winter coat/jacket should I get?

I have looked in a lot of places, but I didn’t have any luck. I’m looking for a neutral color jacket/ coat. I like peacoats especially, but I don’t want a short coat, not a long one either. My budget is $80-ish. Not over $90!

Can someone please help? Thanks!
